After removing the old drum it is sandblasted to remove the old concrete and paint from the back of the truck. 

After the sand blasting is done, all cables, controls, wiring and lights are inspected and replaced if needed.

The truck is then primed, painted and 
ready for the new drum installation.

Once the drum is set on its rollers, it is painted, then fenders and chutes are put back on the truck and it is ready for stickers and final inspection.
